Its a neat area. They just breached a dam in columbus, trying to open up more traditional shoal bass habitat along that little stretch through town.

That is what I heard, hoping to give it a shot. Haven't felt the rush of moving water or the tug of a nice bass in way too long.

In looking for a place for all of us to fish I came across this place as recommended by an advisor. It is right off of Interstate 85 where it crosses the Chattahoochee. It is along the edge of small airport. Anybody hear of it before?

Thanks John, I appreciate it. Working hard to put up stuff that can be appreciated. As far as carp, I would love to catch a few. As you can see from some of my posts this summer, I have tried once or twice. If you find any spots let me know, golden bones are on my bucket list.

Got a request to post a picture from our facebook page. Last week we had our own little "show" on campus for all of the organizations called O-Days. Our table was spruced up nicely with TrueFlies and Chick-fil-A as the caption read. Also, the page is up to 78 likes I believe. So close to another giveaway. I want to see some pictures of fish on our page! Feel free to post on there, by the way.

Anyway, from the Auburn University Student Center:

Hey everybody, it has been a busy semester and I have been gone for way to long. That being said, the club is going great. Last semester was fairly slow (everybody was crazy busy) but we have a lot of ideas for big events this upcoming year! These include a conservation demonstartion event, F3T showing, and a stream cleanup. If anybody has a contact that could be useful in these areas please feel free to ssend him my way! Also, the facebook page just broke 120 likes so please keep sharing and we will have a give away as soon as possible.

This is a picture of me, as shown in the Lakeland Ledger in our first piece of publication!
