Default Streamer Box

As I tie more and more....I am quickly running out of room in the fly boxes that I have. I am looking for a box just for streamers. So what boxes do you use for streamers??

Just for storage I use large plastic containers with dividers. They are cheap, stack well and are easy to keep organized.

I use a wallet for my trout streamers. I've seen some pretty fancy custom leather ones but mine is canvas and similar to this one from LLBean

And Ard had a thread about his streamer wallets HERE

I don't carry many streamers when I fish, just have a few on hand for trout. When I fish bass I carry a deep Cabelas box that holds bass bugs and streamers.

art bin from any craft store. cut some foam to fit it, though you can buy it precut online (cant remember where i saw it). get the big one, they're the same size as a cliff beast

Like Rip Tide, I use a wallet. I had one with a leather cover and felt pages that I lost in a belly boat expedition. Now I have a fleece-lined suede one. There are lots of different designs but they all allow you to keep a lot of streamers (and wet flies too, if you like) organized in a pretty compact package.

Default Re: Streamer Box

I still like Wheatley boxes. I use #1622 and #1632 boxes for streamers and woolly buggers.
