Default iFishEarth 2.0 iPhone App

Version 2 of the iFishEarth iPhone app was released on Friday. It's free to download on the App Store and offers fishing reports and tide information from all over. Attached is a screenshot of the new interface.

Feel free to let us know what you think, my design partner and I would appreciate any feedback.

Thumbs up Re: iFishEarth 2.0 iPhone App

Red and White Bobber? Not very original or eye catching. Just an observation.

Well... you did ask. Maybe you could make the cover more generic to appeal to fly fishers and professional fishers too.

Thanks for critiquing the cover art. It is a little against the grain for a fly fishing forum , I was asking about the utility and functionality the app serves... If anyone has checked out the app and has any feedback, feel free to share. Fishing reports as well as tide information can be useful to anglers of all types. I'll let my design partner know his work is distasteful to fly fisherman.

I took a look at it. It should have an option to use your photos or not. Immediately of the bat it asked me to allow it to access my photos. This should be an on off feature. It is not designed to be used on the IPhone 5 so it is a smaller version on my screen. The river in the photo looks like a road rather than a river. Maybe have it come out of one of the sides in the photo? It does not work in Canada but glad you have UK and Netherlands covered (insert sarcasm) Check out Fishn'Guy app or iFish App, Door Apps for Canada. Overall why would I need to register? Or login? Its an App that should be feeding me information not something that I need to input information into. That is pretty much the extent of my review as I did not want to register or login.
