Default Place to stay near Breckenridge

I am looking for a cabin or condo to lease somewhere near Breckenridge - within a 30-45 min drive or closer. It needs to be right on a river or stream I can fish directly from the property.

Anyone know of such a place?

Thanks!

B

try VRBO.com i've used them for house/condo rentals in Silverthorne, Vail, etc
snow season is over and summer hasn't picked up yet, its their lowest prices of the year right now.
site is vacation rentals by owners

I am making the move to Breck around Aug.

You have plenty of options.

If you are looking long term, this is the best time of year to enter a lease.

How long of a lease??

Bedrooms??

Studio??

I just need it for about 2 weeks in August. I just need a 1 bedroom but need a kitchen. I will be in Breck for 5 weeks - 3 of which i'm staying in a relative's condo. I DO need fishing suggestions.

Thanks

I own a house north of silverthorne that has private fishing rights on the blue. My tenant is moving out at the of this month. It will be unfurnished but shoot me a pm if you are interested. I could possibly rent it out for 2 weeks if I don't find a tenant for a long term lease by then.

Besides that Romanl is on the right track. Venom and look south of Breckenridge closer to fairplay for properties with direct fishing access.

I'd be interested in that, but no way I could do unfurnished. I don't need much, but won't have any resources.

What rivers/streams around Breck should I be looking for other than the Blue?

Thanks

MA

Maybe a little out of range for you from breck but i would check out Avon. Its an hour or so maybe less, i don't know but i consider that close. Plus the eagle is right there and the fish are big in that river. Forgot to mention if your in Avon that puts you semi close to leadville and the arkansas which is some pretty darn good fishing as well.
