I just read someplace that there are salmon returning already above the old Elwah Dam site...especially the old dams that serve no purpose need to go quickly, if possible. Great news.

It doesn't get much better than that. Doing something because it's the right thing to do. Even more impressive because fish don't vote or pay taxes.
