Default A couple of randoms...

Just thought I would share these:

Had this bear walk within 5 yards of me the other day while I was fishing a small mountain stream. Didn't even notice me until just after I took this photo. He looked at me for a second and then scampered down the stream.

One of the fat brookies I caught after the bear left.

A beautiful Batten Kill brown.

High potential for ruined waders with a bear that close. Nice fish though.

With gorgeous fish like that I don't think the bear would bother me to much!
Nice pics!

Nice pics & beautiful fish! That bear was close! Had one walk up on me & my brother in Alaska this summer. Not as close as yours was, but when I saw her 3 cubs behind her we kept a close eye!

Beautiful fish, congrats! Kind of funny how close that bear got to you and he didn't realize you were there until after you took that shot.
