LL Bean is the best with free shipping and no minimum order.

I stick with one retailer and get a good loyalty discount.

I find it too hard to dig through the bargain caves unless I'm just bored. So if there is something I am really looking for I set an email notification at Sierra Trading for example for "Simms."

Otherwise I've run across quite a few good deals on this shop site out of Wyoming:
North Platte River Fly Shop, Wyoming Fishing Guides And Outfitters

Looking forward to this list.

Can’t name one website including those named so far, that consistently outshine the one “ true find “.
Most of my “ finds “ have been through the use of several different search engines, posing multiple keywords. Those finds usually come from e-tailers that were previously unknown to me. I find very few true deals on things I’m actually looking for, using the most common search engines ( because thousands of others are doing the same thing and have probably beat me to the deals or best selections ), or by using common search phrases.

Standard Disclaimer: No nearby fly shop. None of those that can be reached, carry inventory that would differentiate them from any other fly shop and their staffs tend to be so so.
