Default Info on how to tie the Pine Creek Special dry fly

I believe that there was an article in the Eastern Fly Fishing magazine a few months ago written by Lance Wilt about this fly with the recipe. Does anyone have it available???

I remember a pretty long discussion of it on the PA Fly Fishing Forum. I fished the Big Pine for many years and never heard of it..............
