Hey FISHIN50 I was happy to see your response. When I typed up my post I was kinda' afraid other fly-fishers' on here might think I was totally nuts for picking an ant as my 'favorite' dry! 'Course today the olives were hatching. I ended up catching 1 on a rabbits foot emerger, 1 on a CDC emerger, 1 on an olive pheasant tail and 4 on my #18 BWO soft hackle; see - no ants! I know some people catch so many that they lose count ............I have no such problems!

I'm a big stimulator fan as well, especially the bright green ones in 16 and 18. (hate tying them that small though)

I'd rather hunt fish than bait deer any day.

I hear that Cliff. They are much easier to tie big. Luckily here on the Snake they golden stones are big.

As an advocate for my clients I feel compelled to jump the line. I'll apologize later.
