Default Best place to fish in July

I am located in Northern Vermont with access to unlimited amount of small streams to fish brookies in cold water in the heat of July. I am now looking for a place to go fish next July. I originally wanted to go fish the Elk River in BC but just learnt that the runoff from the mountain makes the fishing best in August not July.

Any suggestions where trout fishing is best in July. Is Bozeman Montanna good in July.

I am taking the whole month off to go fishing so, distances is not an isssue.

Thanks in advance

Road trip for a month WOW
Idaho, Colorado, Montana Wyoming or Utah
Take a gander at cold water, western, general and Rocky Mountain sub categories. Lots of info.

Yup I am fortunate to be able to fish for a full month. I just want to make sure i plan my trip properly that i dont end up with high water due to runnoff. Maybe going to high in the mountain is not a good idea for July
