Default Need help identifying fly rod model and value

Bought a dirty old rod and reel at an estate sale. After cleaning up the rod it appears to be a rust color and looks to be in very good condition at 8 ft long...top section 52" with 6 ferrules and the bottom section 42" long with 1 ferrule. There is a spot where some labeling has worn off just in front of the handle and I cannot make any sense of what is left of the lettering. I think it is bamboo and fairly light. I am newly retired and bought a nice reel earlier and thought this rod would be a good match for it......now if I can figure out how to add pix?

Is the rod round or does it have flat sides?

Are the ferrules machined or with a rolled lip? the reel seat machined or with pressed parts and plastic?

A round rod could be either fiberglass if in the 50's or so or lancewood/greenheart if very early

Send photo close up of the blank and reel seat.

It looks to me to be a Garcia Conolon, but I'm not positive
Some of them then had the staggered section lengths like that and that's unusual, plus the decal looks right
Value ? Not much. I got one recently for 10 bucks

Is it 8' or 7'10"? Definitely looks like a Garcia. Can barely make out the G in the worn stamp. More specifically looks like a 2536 which is a 6-8wt rod.

Yes it's fiberglass
I have a 2537 and it's not the same
I don't think that you can tell the exact model number from the information provided
