Default New Toy!

Hi All,

Looks like this coming Monday I'm gonna be the proud Papa of a 2002 Hyde 15 Low Profile drift boat....woohoo!!!!! With a little help from my bud Jude, I found it right across town.

It comes with some nice stuff like front & rear anchors, deep storage under the rower's seat, Cataract (?) counterbalance oars, oar rights, high back rower seat, folding/padded seats on pedestals, front bench with deep storage, and a deluxe aqualon boat cover.

Below are a couple pics. This is gonna be a GREAT summer.

Phil

Hi Phil,

I am glad your deal work out for you. Thanks for the pictures. Love that low profile design. You wife will appreciate it getting in and out on a sand bar.

Frank

You guys got fish in Apple Cookie? I'm/we're going down there for my daughters wedding around July 18 or so. I didn't think there were a whole lot of fish in NM.

Hey Mojo,

Actually, I refer to it as Albucrackue...HA! Closest year round fishing would be in the Jemez (about 1 hr away) and the Pecos, just north of Santa Fe. best bet in July may be the San Juan. Hopefully the flows will be down by then. It's about 3 hours or so from here. Of course, I'll drive 3 hours for 20 plus inch trout. Also within a couple/three hours are the northern NM streams and lakes - Red, Cimmaron, and Chama Rivers, Eagle Nest, Heron, El Vade Lakes, to name a few.

Phil
