I'm amazed to find that my old plain-Jane hot rodded '69 Camaro would be worth five times what I paid for it in '76.
When I came back from overseas and went looking for a replacement, I passed on a really nice one priced at 6K... which would now be priced at 20K.

I smashed an amp and caught fire to a perfectly good original 69 strat in my youth.

25k couldn't replace the feeling it gave me that night.

I reckon that kinda mindset is why I'm usually broke

Oh well...the Hydros will have to work for me.
