Stickbass=Fish composed predominantly of cellulose
Rock Trout=Fish composed mostly of stone
Monster=Fish under 6 inches
Drownin' worms=baitfishing
Folger's=baitfisherman
Hung start=When you catch the tree or bush behind you on the very first cast of the day.
Hot start=When you hook your fishing partner on your very first cast of the day.
Treed=When a fish inexplicably flies over your head after you set the hook and ends up in the tree behind you, usually 10 ft off the ground.
Ski=Fish between 7 and 11 inches (once known as a 7-11) that can be 'skied' into your net from 20 ft away.
Kung Fu Fighting=When you slip on rocksnot in a fast-moving river and then must fling your limbs around for ten seconds to prevent going for a swim. this is usually accompanied by much shouting to focus your chi, almost always beginning with the word, "Holy -," insert your own favorite chi-building word.
Sleeping with the fishes=When you complete your Kung Fu Fighting by going for a swim.
