Default Roddy Built Fly rod?

Does anyone have any info on Roddy Built Fly rods?

I just found my Dad's. It's in great shape. The tip needs to be replaced. It is to pitted to fix and the cork needs some help. But I can do that.

The last time I remember my Dad using it was in the 60's. It was the only fishing rod that my Dad would not let my brother and I touch. I had a 'bad' habit of breaking off tips...still do but not quite as often.

I don't believe there is any real value($$), other than it was my Dads.

Tried a search online but there is very little about them.

Is there anyway of figuring out what weight line it takes? There are no markings indicating what weight line it was made for.
