Default A few days in London. Advice on fly fishing, anyone?

Hey all,

I'm going to be in London at the end of January. Would love to figure out a way to get out of the city for a day and fish. I haven't started to research it at all yet (and don't know precisely where to start). All I've heard is that it's hard to get stream access across the pond. I'll dig into the wonders of the Intergooglewebs tonight but wanted to see if anyone had any insight first.

Cheers & Tight Lines!
Michael

Thanks for the info. I have a feeling that it might be too much of a hassle but I'm going to do whatever I can to make it happen. I'm there on business and can certainly manage to get out of the city for a day, just want to make sure I can do it intelligently and efficiently.

Cheers!

Hey, Seth - Yeah, well... umm.... it's a business trip (with a few days of pubs and at least one day of fly fishing thrown in for good measure).

Don't know if you like it...but many english fishermen love flyfishing in reservoirs...maybe you could have a try, there must be some around London.
