Default Who would you fish with for one day?

If you could spend one day fishing with a guide or a fly fishing luminary who would it be and why? Would you choose differently between cold water and warm water? For me I think I would like to spend a day with Dave Whitlock or maybe Denny Rickards or maybe John Barr. John Geirach would definitely be on the short list as would Davy Wotton. I wish I would have had the opportunity to spend a day with Gary LaFontaine.

As for Dave Whitlock, has anyone ever attended one of his schools or spent a day fishing with him?

Lefty Kreh, Kelly Galloup or Andy Burk. I've fished a few times with Andy and he is a blast to hang out with and watch fish.

Of those still with us, I'd have to say Bob Clouser or Jack Gartside. Both are wildly entertaining guys and I would enjoy a day getting skunked with either one

Baseball great Ted Williams was my hero.
Just having him spew profanities at me when I muffed a cast would make my day
