Great question. A lot of people responded but I just can't resist this one.

Nymphs:
Hare's Ear, Pheasant Tail, Stone Flies, Caddis Emergers, Pig Stickers, SJ Worms (I'm not proud), a fly a buddy made up called a "Hot Wire Prince"
Midges:
JuJube, blood, RS2, a fly I made up called a "gravedigger"
Dries:
BWO, PMD, Stimulators, Hoppers
And of course a few woolly buggers

Or just do the "Gartside trick" and clamp your vise to the ol' steering wheel.
