I wear a size 14 shoe and I buy size 15 EEE wading boots. I also sell waders at a retail store and I tell customers to go up a size or two depending on the individual fit.

Usually with waders with Neoprene booties the rule is to go up one shoe size on the wading boots.. In cold weather you'll want to wear heavy socks so that will allow you to do that comfortably.. Also it makes it easier to get in & out of the wading boots...

I have a pair of the 5mm Cabela's waders
The boots I wear with them are 1+1/2 sizes larger than my normal shoe size
.....and they're tight

Damn, if your boots are leather that's like a whole cow hide for one pair of boots...
