Hmm. Well, when I think 'goto' fly, for myself it has to be the simi-seal leech, in brown. And I guess it'd have to be a size 8. I think I've caught just about every game fish in AZ with the thing, from crappie and bluegill, to every species of trout in AZ, to LM and SM bass, white bass, stripers, carp . . . even a catfish.

But I'd rather get 'em on a hopper . . .

#18 pheasant tail rarely fails me, for saltwater a white/chartruese clouser minnow has never failed me
