Hey Mike,
This was my first attempt Too Simple Nymph using your recipe. Maybe one day I'll be as good as everyone else. I guess it is supposed to mimic a caddis pupa. A lot to learn.

Great job Terry! What did you use for the body? If you can find it,punch embroidery yarn is a ideal dubbing substitute, that stuff is great! If you can't find any, try tying it with embroidery floss from wal-mart. It is the smaller yarn in all different colors, usually in big round bins. Regular yarn is a little too bulky for the fly pattern.
