Default Which one?

I am looking at the Cabela's Three Forks/Prestige Plus Fly Combo with Fly Line and the Cabela's Three Forks/Ross Flystart Fly Combo with Fly Line. Which one would you choose and why? I'm looking for my first rod and reel and these are the two I like best for under $100. Is the Ross combo worth the extra $20?
Thanks, Cabot

I don't know anything about the Prestige line, but I do have a fly start reel for my 5wt. and I love it. Pretty smooth for as inexpensive as they are.

I'm satisfied with my Prestige Plus (on my 4wt), but I've primarily used it for small brook trout, so I can't give any feedback on the drag or anything. I would think it would serve you fine.

I would go with the Ross combo. I think Ross makes good products and if it's only 20 bucks more go for it. Oh I almost forgot go Gophers!

I was a Gopher, but I got sick of paying out the nose for everything, so now its go Huskies. I'm going to Cabela's tomorrow to look at rods. Thanks for the input everyone.

See if they have the rods you mentioned set up to try them. Then you will know for sure which one to get.
