Default ...Gonna need a bigger box....

Been tying flies for about a week and a half now, like crazy, trying to get the hang of all the different material and techniques.....

Heres my meager box as of right now, its filling up fast though!

I just inherited about 100 bucks worth of material from a friend who doesnt tie anymore, mostly feathers and fur. But you can't beat free!

sdgreg: Very nice start! Be sure to keep an eye out for the fly swaps as the fishing ends and winter sets in. You don't hav eto be an expert and you will be amazed at how your ties progress. Looking forward to hearing your fishing stories!

Mojo: I was on the verge of buying a bugger beast when I found an old black plastic container at work that had been used to protect a label maker but since then we had upgraded to another system. So instead of shelling out nearly $40, I just took that container, it already was lined with foam all I had to do was remove the foam dividers and I was in business.

I'm a big fan of the old school Plano clear plastic containers for storage. Before I go fishing, I'll reload my boxes or my chest pack inserts.

Do your self a favor and tie 1 fly at a time till you tie it perfect, then go on to next one, you'll learn a lot more this way. like thread control. oh yeah order plano 3700's from cabelas you'll need them for all those flys, I have 18 of them...
