Default Trout flies with blue wire?

Hi all,
I find myself having a few spools of fine/small blue wire. Does anyone know of a good pattern that I can use to use up some of this surplus wire?
thanks

Nice score! A couple I tie are one, a Blue Copper John, and the other a Chironomid. The most productive one last year. White bead head, black thread body, and Blue wire rib...deadly!!!!!

Tie up some copper johns and brassies.

Who knows, blue may be the best thing ever.

I'm pretty sure I've seen blue nymphs tied by Kelkay or Planettrout around here.

Charlie Craven's book has a Deep Blue Poison Tung. Silver bead, gray thread, blue wire, with a gray ice dub, tied on a #16-24 hook.

Good suggestions all around Thank you!
That should get me going and all patterns that I will use. I did find this one that I also want to try, Craven's Jujubaetis with Purple & Blue.

I have adapted Charlie's patterns as well using wire, but his JuJu's are Superhair.

Shannon: I've never tried blue CJ's but last year while I was in Cody, WY at Tim Wade's North Fork Anglers fly shop and they were telling me about a couple guys coming into the shop looking for blue CJ's, apparently they were using them and found to be the hot fly but had run out of them.

That is what I am talking about. Blue can be a HOT over looked color. Blue and Purple are my go tos. There was an article in a magazine awhile back all about BLUE.
I can across blues effect by accident many years ago in the Uinta's. I had a BLUE Klinkhammer....man they like that fly.
Larry, try a black Chironomid with blue wire and a white bead head this year....Specially on those Idaho waters.
