I like apple juice too. Nibble on Cheez Itz or any snack that yields the smallest amount of finger salt.

Nothing special for me and pretty much the same stuff I drink on a normal basis depending on the time of day. Coffee or hot tea in the morning, water, iced tea, sparkling water throughout the day or a beer or two to sip on, generally in the evening.

Another coffee drinker here; although it should be tea up here in Canada Diet Coke sometimes, and if I'm feeling especially dehydrated I keep a flower vase full of water handy. I understand the lure of relaxation beverages but I chose a different route after watching family members get caught in a death spiral of addiction.
