Hi all,
Just a quick note to let the folks who participated in this tie-along and provided helpful suggestions and materials to me know that I stopped participating b/c my mother became very ill. Since I live and own a business in another state, I had to keep traveling back and forth. Unfortunately, Mom passed away last week. Once things settle down, I plan to return to trying some of these patterns. Please keep your photos up for a while - I really needed them to guide me on preparing and tying these flies. Hopefully, I can re-join you - probably by autumn - if you start any new tie-alongs.

I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I know how that can be. I love my father over a year ago. My prayers are with you, and your family.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.......it is never easy to lose anyone. Parents are ........very hard to lose. I know what you are going through having lost my Dad at a young age. You will get through it......the Lord will see that you do. God Bless...
