Default Best Value I've Seen for a Solid Tying Kit

I've seen lots of folks ask over the years for a kit that has everything they need to get started, and equipment that will last.

From the Madison River Fishing Company-

Tyers Tool Kit #10-w/Anvil Apex Vise
This excellent set of tools will give the tier many years of service. Kit includes Anvil Apex vise, Renzetti bobbin, Matarelli whip finisher, Anvil accu-tip scissors, Tiemco Hackle Pliers, Renzetti hair stacker, bodkin/w half hitch, & bobbin threader. See FlyTying Tools category for specific tool descriptions. A good deal!
Price: $149.95
I'd put the cost if everything was bought separately around $200. That's all very solid stuff, that will last decades. ('cept maybe the scissors, all scissors get dull)

I'd rather hunt fish than bait deer any day.

I agree BigCliff. That's the best kit I've seen. Good bang for the buck that should last for years and years.
Those Anvil Ice midge scissors are my favorites now. I'll grab those over all the other high end scissors.
