Default Re: looking for a vise

I'm taking my fly tying class next week and I learned a lot from these articles as well. The guy at the local shop suggested I get a rotary vise. Thinking of the ransetti traveler.

Hi flyfisher

The Renzetti traveler is a good vise. I know quite a few people that have them & love them. Also look at the Peak. It's in the same price range & is a good vise also. Either one will last a long, long time

I believe I saw the Peak on the Cabelas site, It looked like a good vise. I think I will get the ransetti traveler from my local dealer.
