Still working on the spun deer hair Green Machine patterns and variations. I like both the shades of green; the emerald and olive. I have some nice long slender red hackles that I am hoping will work instead of the rusty brown. We'll have to wait and see. Also tied a shrimpy nymph. The back is pearlescent sheet.

Tied this up tonight. Getting the claws right with the zonker strips proved to be more difficult than I expected. The length of the fur on the strips makes it very easy to make the claws too long.

I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out though.

Loving those green machines and the yellow version is sweet my friend wants me to build him one.

I tied up this pink maribou streamer tonight when watching Big Bang Theory:

Gold pheasant crest for the tail
bronze thread for tag
Pink 3 Uni thread for butt
Gold Wire body
Pink Maribou wing
Yellow hackle neck

Pictures taken using fish eye as they are the ones going to be eating it.
