Hello,
Servus,

last evening I tried to tie my first Missing Link.

Sure it wasn't a perfect Job, next time I try to do better. But I love this pattern, I'm an absolute beginner in flyfishing and will start my career the next few weeks.

Love the color scheme. Those muted natural pale tones, will be killer.
Bash would you ever consider a little bit of flash blended in with the body, back or wing? Not that it needs it but I love the stuff. A little goes a long way.
Great pattern either way.

I'll use a bit of flash on emergers and soft hackled flies, just enough to look like the shuck separating. Sometimes I tie spinners with krystal flash wings, especially in the smaller sizes.
