Snap. Tried tying a couple myself, messed the first two up and got two reasonable ones tied then.

That looks absolutely deadly! What hook are you using and how long is it? That would slay the carp and tail water trout that I frequently target.

Been tying up a bunch of Kelly Galloup inspired double hook articulated streamers to catch some of the monster browns around here. Half of his Advanced Streamer Fishing DVD was shot on the South Fork of the Snake River which is only 15 minutes from my house.

Anyway, these are all articulated with two hooks, but it's hard to tell since there's so much feathers and fur! Here is a sampling...

Flies like this make me want to try the salt water stuff.

It has that prefect balance of structure and sparseness.

jml43, your flies look great! They'll catch for certain! Get some Bug Legs from Fly Tyers Dungeon & use it as tails on those Bangers. That stuff is awesome for Bluefish, it's got great movement and they won't chew it up as easily as bucktail. If you can find Lumaflex jig skirts, that's the same stuff too but will likely be more expensive.

This was tied a few years ago. It's the same material as the Bug Legs with a few strands of holographic silver Flashabou in there too.
