Clousers, Deceivers, a furled leader for his casting enjoyment. For some reason I always do well with pink up there.
Throwing in that 6 oz bank sinker in case he has a wind problem?

I tied some size 20 Griffiths gnats yesterday, 2 things different about them. 1- that's the first time I've tied anything smaller then a 14 in a while. 2 - I subbed in orange dyed grizzley instead of natural, I dig em.

I did that awhile back while in the Uinta's. Fish were hitting my orange bugger like crazy, but they were also rising, so I thought, hmmmmmm. It worked CRAZY well.

I haven't posted for a while. I was inspired by a video and a recent fishing trip to tie something to replicate emergers. I saw Cranes coming off, a lone Yellow Sally and Sulfurs aren't far behind if not there already.

This is my first real attempt at these. Something classic and purportedly very effective.

Comments & critique welcome.

A Tan CDC Crane that I worked up. This pattern is untested. The wraps at the head are a little sloppy.
