I should tie one of those and clip the hook. Then drag it in front of a cat. Sounds like cheap entertainment.

Based on how long it would take me to tie that I think I would go the other way and buy a mouse cat toy at the pet store and tie a hook on it

Well, maybe it would be more fulfilling to catch a cat on a fly that you tied rather than purchasing one at re market!
