Default What have you been tying today?

I tied this little Chromie tonight. I saw it in a fly tying magazine I got the other day. A lot of my fishing here is Stillwater small lakes for brook trout so I've been looking at Phil Rowleys site and this was a pattern by him from the magazine. But I couldn't find anything at my table to make the little white gills so but I read somewhere you can put some paint in the bead so I used my jig paint I had.

not the greatest pic... oh well. Just some quick helmet-head buggers I whipped up to add to the "trout streamer" box. Hopin these catch some trouts tomorrow, though honestly I'll be happy to find running water.

Dont't de-value that box by saying just..unless it is followed by fish candy
