Justin, you need some dry fly hooks in 28's and 30's (maybe even 32's). Like the Tiemco 518's.
Bet you can't do it.

I'd be happy with some size 20, 22.24, 101's and 2488's.

Like Yatahey said. I won't look at hook purveyors unless they tie in the extreme sizes us tailwater flyfishers use.
