Default Trout Parasite?

One of my favorite brookie streams gave up this weird colored bled out tiger trout. The fins were almost transparent. The other side of the tiger had some more obvious marking of a tiger trout.

I am checking to find out what this nasty looking thing is.

Anyone have a clue what this thing is?

I've seen lice on brook trout in an over populated beaver pond. Freaked me out! I never knew they existed till then.
