Hi George,

There are a couple of articles about Steelhead fishing in the new "Fly Fisherman Magazine" that you will find useful. Also a good article on sinking lines.

It's good that you purchased a variety.

Steelies can be selective at times. It's much better
to go out prepared, that is with many different flies
as you can carry. It's painful when someone downstream
is pulling them in left & right on a fly you did not pack.

Best of luck,

Tie One On

George, is there a local store that you picked up that variety at? I'd like to get to know any local fly shops if there are any.
