Default Illinois/NW Indiana single handed spey casters?

Does anyone around Chicago or NWI frequently use single handed spey techniques?

If so, would you mind showing a guy some of the basics?

Fishing these small Indiana streams for steelies, kings, and hos would really be a lot easier if I could figure a couple of these casts out..

Thanks!
