Default Creeks around erie

If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it. Ive hear from a bunch of people that the only good fishing around erie is for steelies and that there are barely any other trout in the creeks in the immediate area. I grew up spin fishing for trout on four mile but that was awhile ago. I'm planning trips to the neshanock and spring creek since they're within easy driving distance. I'll go to the mile creeks on the weekdays since 20 mile is only a 20 min drive for me.

Are they're any others that I should be looking for that's pretty decent for fly fishing?
