I found a site that had a "5 weight shootout" and Albright's rod finished up with in the top. Sage won but it was right in with the best. They may be better than people give them credit for. I like the feel of the 15'er I just got. Can't wait for open water.

I saw that review Dan....seemed to be a pretty objective look at the various rods. I agree for the price of the albright rod, I do not see how you can go wrong.

I was shocked to see the rods that it virtually tied with like WINSTON! Beat a bunch of top brands.
