Default Sage TCX "Deathstar" 12'6" - 7 weight spey

Does anyone have any experience with the Sage TCX "Deathstar" 12’6" - 7 weight spey rod? Looking for feedback on how this rod measures up against others in its class.

Here is a first impression.

I never cast it after that.

I think it matters what kind of line you're using on it. I think the rod will perfom a lot differently with a skagit line rather than a scandi.

If the rod is as stilff as I think it is, I wouldn't want it for a scandi line.

The TCX Spey line up has 3 rods in it.

12'6" 7 weight
14' 9 weight
15' 10 weight
