1st fish on new rod
 
picked up a new ACR 1266 rod @ the ISE in Sacramento. My largest steelhead to date. 32" approx. 9-10# woo ho !!!!

Congratulations! Landing your first fish on a new rod is both a relief and exciting. Hopefully this is the first of many. :thumbsup:

Congratulations. I am strongly concidering getting a spey rod for salmon and the occational muskie.

thanks for all the atta-boys. needless to say i was pumped! it was around 3:00 and i told myself 1 more cast. I'm glad I did. The rod worked extremely well. A new ACR 1266. Sweet. Thanks again.
