IGFA World Line Class Records Wide Open...
As I posted in another thread, as of today the freshwater line class and tippet records are now wide open for women. Excuse the focus of the linked thread being posted as though to just the guys (as it was my intent to encourage them to get their wives and daughters out fishing) in that this really applies directly to all of you in this section.

The IGFA is already set up to add new submissions as of today. Feel free to pose any questions about the IGFA or these now open records in either thread and i'll try to respond to them ASAP.

Bumping this post in that the IGFA "Anglers Choice Awards" wherein the members choose the 10-best catches of the year is wrapping up voting, finds three women so far taking the 1st, 3rd, and 5th place spots as follows:
