Default need advice

I'm not sure if any one can answer this question. I'm currently living with hopefully to be soon ex wife and I'm paying all the utility bills and I have the kids 5 days a week. The question is that she wants money on top of that which tends to leave me with no money and I get paid every two weeks. Do I have to give her money? I hate to ask this question, I'm currently trying to find a good divorce lawyer. But at the moment she's pressuring me for money.

Dear Fisher,
Assuming your post is serious, I strongly suggest you get yourself an attorney, ASAP.
Ultimately, YOU make the calls, not your attorney and keep in mind that your goal should be to do whatever necessary so that your kids are ok in the long run. This often gets overlooked in the heat of the "battle".

Good luck and hang in there.
