Wild Mushrooms

We've had a lot of rain this year and the mushrooms have been sprouting up like..... well like mushrooms
One of the best is the Black Trumpet, a kind of chanterelle. In the past I've found one or two patches a year, but this year I've been lucky enough to find them by the pound. :D

Last night we had homemade pizza with 3 kinds of wild mushrooms.
Black trumpets, honeys, and king boletes (porcini, cep).
