Lately I've been listening to 'Brad Paisley/ 5th gear'.

Does anyone have the new C.D. by Blake Shelton?

LOL! I could, but I'm not sure my keyboard would like it very much.

Oh I have a very warped sense of humor.
You should join in on the "Shout out" thread, you would fit in well.

Mostly the voices in my head....

Seriously, I cover a wide spectrum from the Blues to Metal to Techno to Classical (on occassion)...I'm a huge Police/Sting fan. You don't have to like his politics or stances on issues (I don't), but sit down and really listen to "Soul Cages". There is some real depth of feeling in that piece...

I've always said that the one band that I regretted never seeing live was the Police...I'll be damned if my sweetie got me two tickets to their last tour. Nevermind that it was in Philly.

I'm not much into country music once you get past Johnny Cash and some Willie Nelson....I cannot believe I just said...errr, typed that. I love to watch blue grass groups play...once they start singing, tho, I'm out.

I'm a little burned out on the "classic" stuff....you can only hear "Slow Ride" (and similar stuff they wear the heck out of on the radio) so often before you start eyeballing the end of double-barrel longingly....

Got to say that I will listen to just about any music.
BUT, I have to say that country is the best music for me.
Hank Williams (Both Jr. and Sr. But Definitely can't beat the original!)
Craig Morgan, Luke Bryan, Josh Turner, Justin Moore. Just good ol boys that I can relate to! haha.
Love the classic country songs too, can't beat them with a stick! lol

Seen all but Justin Moore (and of course I haven't seen hank) in concert, and man, do they put on a good show!

Gotta love bein a country boy! YEEHAW!!! haha!

The husband of a gal my wife works with has been telling me about them at every office party we see each other at, they're his favorite. He ended up sending a cd with his wife to work so she could pass it on to me.

I guess they are supposed to be here soon also, they want us to go give em a listen, I think we will.

MikeG,
I also am a huge fan of The Police, and Sting. Love his lyrics.
