Default Tonight's Full Moon 11/27/2012

I'll stick a bunch into the Photography thread but.................

A totally different look than those from 2 days ago lighting wise. I took these from mile 96 of the Glen Highway and things were very blue up there after the sun dipped behind the peaks. It was -3* and dropping fast by 4:30 PM when these were taken.

The good news is that tonight I expect a very active Aurora but I also expect it to be -15 -20 degrees up the valley where I will be in 3 more hours..........

It's pretty cool, they have been lighting up the horizon to the north west all week but I haven't ventured out to see if it was just a glow or a real rain of color. I'm thinking tonight may be good. It's 8:23 PM now and at about 9:00 I'm going to go out for a few hours.
