Default Pastrami Cook

I smoked a couple corned beef flat portions yesterday along with a Boston Butt a turkey breast and spare ribs. I rubbed the corned beef with fresh ground peppercorns and coriander seeds. Pastrami!

Today for my super bowl supper i made reubens!

That looks delicious!!
I'm going to be doing a pastrami this Spring/Summer.
Too damn cold out right now. I'd never get the smoker up to temp.

paymaster, that looks amazing! How about a head's up next time you're cooking. I need time to get there to help polish that off

No doubt you were the hit of the Super Bowl festivities!
