Their customer service, in my experience, is non-existent. I used to use their Selective Trout lines- very, very, nice- I still have a 3-weight. When they changed them the whole character of the lines changed. After multiple emails with no response from Rio, and one email- with a quick, concise, reply -to SA, I've found SA to be a better product for me.

I have a few Rio Lines which I've used & have found them all up until now to be OK,I've even bought them from The Gorge Fly Shop ????
