Default Big Cook Day!

I am doing a big cook this weekend. I did four butts yesterday and today I am doing 2 briskets on my small offset smoker, and on my Akorn I am doing a pastrami, a rack of spares, fatties and later today, a drunken chicken. All this food is for other folks. Here is some pics.

Not only "What's the occasion," but why weren't we all invited! Some serious 'Good Eats' going there.

Thanks Y'all! No occasion, folks where I work wanted me to cook them some Q. They always make it worth my while.

More pics. Ribs, fatties, pastrami and chicken are done. Briskets will take a while more.

Paymaster: I think Fred has the right idea, we need to hunt you down and confiscate all that food before someone gets hurt.......of course we will have to dispose of it in the appropriate manner!
